Has anyone been able to contact Alexey88? He's not responding on Skype, and his VKontakte messages are blocked.

This guy hasn't been in touch for the past few days; he was communicating with me privately before.
Since he hasn't started any games with anyone, I'm removing him from the tournament.
Benis will take his spot in group 9.

Why even include people like that in the tournament?

I was accepted into the "Outlaw" tournament by a well-known person on the forum, even though I only had one faction, and I'm very grateful to him for that.
