For example, there is one clan that has just formed, and I believe it still has time to participate in Tournaments ;).
Another question: are you suggesting that "they" should be disbanded only because they don't participate in ranked Tournaments? What about inter-clan Tournaments? Do you know anything about each clan specifically?
For example, as far as I know, their online activity (as you say, NOT ALL of them) hasn't died out...
In short, is participation "for ranking" mandatory in your opinion?

Regarding participation, the last Tournament he participated in was a 3v3 Blitz Tournament ;). Just so you know ;). And then he left for almost 2 months. And now he is participating in 2 Tournaments - Stage 8 of the VK and the online "Seasons" Tournament. Is that enough?;)
But in general, we are not talking about ranking. Ranking is secondary. We are talking about CLAN activity. I haven't seen a CLAN, a team, in many of them! Yes, maybe 1-2 people are doing something... but what about the rest? What's the point of a clan for these 1-2 people? I don't understand... Well, I agree that some clans are still young, and they can be forgiven... Maybe they will prove themselves later. But some "old" clans are also inactive - neither their leaders nor their members are interested in their existence - so why should they continue to exist? IMHO, they shouldn't.
