The opponent clearly didn't expect to encounter eight birds. Having lost his archers, he paid them off.
With 17 birds, I am taking cities, anxiously awaiting Kirry's return from the treasure zone with fifty ducks, but news of a surrender arrives — or rather, that is how I interpreted his "thanks for the game" followed by going into ignore.
I load the auto-save and don't understand: the opponent was standing before the Dragon Utopia with 35 ducks. He lost 4, acquiring a sword +12-3 and a breastplate +5, ultimately having stats 21/7/11/6 against my 6/6/8/5. There were still hives, boxes... left in the treasure zone..
I play out a comeback to the main with Kirry: I would have set up there regardless, covering myself with a mage and waiting on 141 for the delivery of native growth.
In the finale it became clear: there is simply nothing to hit birds with! Arrow 210 doesn't work, and the opponent didn't even bother to learn bolts, so all his hope was to find КЗ/КВ in the Dragon Utopia. In the nearest city, even level 1 isn't built up and I am standing exactly two moves away. Incredible foresight (in the sense that he surrendered without delay)!
Thanks for the game and good luck further on.
