Is diplomacy necessary?

Getting dragons in a couple of weeks is great, of course. But besides dragons, I think you'll need others too. And all of this costs money. And that's where diplomacy comes in handy. You can sometimes compromise on morality. I don't think anything bad will happen. Besides, you can increase it before the battle.
