And I also saw something weird in a battle against neutral creatures: my fairies' griffons didn't "see" them.
This only happened if they were standing at the EDGE of the battlefield, behind the expert-level wall of fire.
As soon as they were moved forward one square (the expert wall allows this), they were attacked.
