In my opinion, in your case, it’s worth giving this player another chance to play fairly without using cheats. As far as I understand, he has repented – and you don’t punish someone who shows remorse ;) But this is only for the first time. The second time – a swift kick in the pants :) with a permanent footprint left on one spot :)
