The game started on July 21st; I negotiated a price reduction of around 1900 for the item, and I paid about 200-300 coins for the hero. I banned Gundula, Gurnisson, and Tiraqsor. They suggested I shouldn't ban them.
I rushed to level 115-6 and took two duck nests, losing one duck from the first nest. Then, with the growth bonus, I got a double red dragon, and things started to go well...
In the final, Gurnisson had 18, 11, 10, 10, and Kreg had 16, 9, 6, 10. Both had around 200 mana.
My army: 23 ducks, an angel, 1 phoenix, 16 cyclops, 6 giants (I accidentally lost one); his army: a phoenix, single units of gremlins and birds, 26 cyclops, 12 ducks.
In the first round, I got a bad luck event, losing an angel, a phoenix, and 3 ducks (250 damage). I continued to lose around 250 damage each round until around the 10th round. I cast a +50% earth resistance spell, and with our armies being roughly equal, I got a few demoralize events with my -3 morale against his -2. The bad luck event had subsided by that time. He also cast antimagic at the end, but I managed to finish him off.
