Help me find a mod.

Good day. I need help with a mod. There used to be a great mod for version 1.2 that removed the annoying "thumping" sound when hovering over everything, and the sound for the tooltip. I can't find it for version 3.1. Maybe someone can help with a mod?

In Heroes 5.5, the author of the mod somehow removed this sound. Maybe there's a separate mod for it.
And please, no need to offer advice like "just play version 5.5".
