I don't understand the logic of people who, seeing numerous categorical objections against increasing the duration of matches in the thread, don't challenge them, but instead suggest increasing the cost of control by a significant amount. I don't think this will be resolved in just 1-2 days.

Regarding fixing the number of rebuilds, the problem isn't about lengthening or shortening the duration, but about eliminating one of the random factors, which inevitably increases the importance of the remaining ones.
