Although Tanta has a desire to at least ban the start, the only hero without objects capable of taking Dragon Utopia on week 2 without losses.

It would be better to nerf necromancy (for all Necromancer), then the game won't depend on whether a necro showed up or not, including on mirror maps.
The cost of the raise dead spell could be increased.
