Grail should be completely banned except for maps of size XL, and on XL-sized maps, let Redwait start digging after 2 months. Currently, there are few Grails in OFB (presumably referring to a game mode or map), so Reddit can dig up a Grail every turn. In reality, any complications with Town Portal and Dimension Door lead to an increase in game time, so it seems like we should scrap that idea. How can a regular hero catch up to a logistics expert? It's clear with 2 Dimension Doors. If we make control more difficult, unbalanced logistics experts will appear; if we reduce the power of logistics experts, Necromancers will become dominant. However, I would like to at least ban Tanta from starting; she is the only hero without objects who can take Dragon Utopia on week 2 without losses.
