reminds me of the discussion about banning Grail digging; isn't getting Dimension Door and Town Portal on the first try just as much of a random factor (skill) as КВ or КЗ in the Dragon Utopia? The most reasonable decision was made regarding the Grail, and control should move in the same direction—meaning we should cut not the possibility of obtaining it, but the possibility of using it (cost, moves, or something else).
