The scenario “A Tear for Ossir”

I found a signpost with a video in the right part of the Castle. “You will be safe there” – it refers to a church on the surface. There’s a signpost there too, also with a video: “Where the one becomes whole.” But I don’t know where to go next. I thought it was related to the elementals, but it isn’t. :(
