“Elia’s Quest” – “The Showdown” [Campaign 3, Mission 5]

Hello. Has anyone else encountered problems while completing the mission?
I successfully defended the city and captured another one on the surface, in the lower right corner of the map.
I'm repelling demon attacks as they emerge from the dungeon,
but I don't have the strength to retake the dwarf capital. Their king is sitting behind the walls
and is just wiping me out...

I did it this way: I immediately send Ilia, if she has few losses after liberating Horncrest (the Haven castle), to eliminate the demons. In reality, they haven't built much, and with proper management, it's not difficult to defeat them...
We place Wolfsten to guard the Renegade Passage so they don't come through, and we build up the Haven army...
After a month and a half, after giving all the human armies to one of the three Haven heroes – preferably the most developed one – we go to attack the dwarves... You can forget about the Renegades; their army won't have time to gather a decent force... But it's worth using the Training Halls, where you can upgrade up to 20 units for money, transfer them to better warriors, and don't forget to use them every week...
It is desirable to use a Hero with upgraded Light magic during the siege.
