And why create more rules if you yourself say that there is a restart after the meeting? (And a rule for those who perform poorly)

What's the point of playing for a whole week just to restart on day 111 in the end? GO is usually visible on days 2-3, and sometimes even on the first day.
Besides, this is not a mandatory restart, but at the request of one of the players and only on the day it is discovered.
