The tournament ends on August 12th; perhaps we'll give a week for players to finish their games, but only as a last resort.

I also don't understand why the tournament should end on the 12th.
There are 17 players and 16 games. According to the schedule, all games should be played by the 19th. At the beginning of the tournament, the deadline for the first game was extended because players kept appearing and disappearing, making the tournament structure unclear.

Many have already played, so we probably won't wait for anyone. Let the tournament organizer correct me, but in the future, the deadlines for tournaments, with my participation as a judge, will be adjusted based on the number of games played. As they say, seven wait for one.

I'll correct that. Four players have completed all their games.
Since the deadlines were initially set rigidly, I would only adjust the deadlines if the players agree.
