[ТУРНИР-HotA] Hard Choice

I'm not really interested in playing 3 unclear games... in the group stage.

The first game is against a player from the 4th bracket, and the second is against a player from the 2nd bracket (if you both win). That's it; winning two games gets you into the upper bracket. Is that a long process? There's only one unclear game (the first one).

All the proposed changes regarding harpies/workshops require intervention from the developers, either HotA or Baratorcha, which is unlikely, and they introduce much bigger changes than just nerfing this tactic. The most realistic option for this tournament is to introduce a verbal ban (no one has considered this option). Workshops can be captured by other units as well. Then, a ban would have to be implemented for everyone. I think we should leave everything as it is for now.
