Just leave the same-guild capture alone; why is it such a problem? Someone learned how to take a guild by spending the entire timer on it—that's also a huge risk. Even Ivan FTS, when he took it in a game against Stinger, had timer issues afterward. And what can be said about the slowpokes, who make up a good half of the people here? Let them take it, and then play their 2nd or 3rd week at the 8-minute mark. That's why SoD is great—there are no changes there. But here, one "daddy" comes along screaming to remove it, another "daddy" says not to remove it. In my opinion, HotA changed the main rule of Heroes 3: where there used to be an advantage in banning (meaning Taz countered Craig [defense-offense], or the Castle banned magic), here it's the opposite. Having a well-leveled mage, you can dismantle a massive opponent force with almost no army, provided they have a warrior. But now people who don't like this will swarm in too, so just leave the guilds alone already).
