Allow me to inquire, what is this? I don't recall seeing such loopholes in the tournament I signed up for. When did this appear in the regulations?

Clarifications were made regarding controversial points not specified in the rules.

The following clarifications have been made:

4. Hero Selection - The red player eliminates 0-3 heroes. The blue player chooses a hero from the remaining ones.

7. Hero Restrictions:
- Logistics specialists cannot advance logistics until all skills are upgraded to expert level.
- Luna cannot advance fire until all skills are upgraded to expert level.
- Galthran and Tantu acquire expert necromancy as their last skill (when everything else is at expert level).
- If the aforementioned heroes are released from prison with an expert-level core skill, they cannot use magic above level 2.
8. If Jelu or Dragon from the campaigns appear, you must dismiss Snipers and Sorcerers from the army. Using the upgrade to Snipers and Sorcerers is prohibited. However, you can fight with these heroes.
