[Tournaments-HotA/SoD] Mirrors - 3

Allow me to inquire, what is this? I don't recall seeing such restrictions in the tournament I signed up for; when did this appear in the regulations?

Well, there is some logic to it; all the listed heroes on the mirror are incredibly overpowered and severely disrupt the balance. However, in reality, with such restrictions on the "Soda" map with "Gosh" and "Tantom," it might also turn out to be a mess – some will have a fully functional Necromancer, while others will have a crippled one.
