Introduction of Haven in the Stronghold vs. Dungeon tournaments.

The poll was created to determine the rules for future tournaments, specifically whether or not to make the use of the "Online Haven" (OH) mandatory. By voting in favor of making the use of OH mandatory in tournaments, I did not intend to express a radical position, as, for example, FTS did, nor did I intend to stop participating in tournaments where this rule is not specified. Yes, I would like to be able to play with OH on any map for the first week, as this convenience has become a habit, but that does not mean that I will withdraw from tournaments where this rule is not in place.
