Well, and the other statements that losing 1 hour of time is a significant reason for players in Heroes 3 not to play is disingenuous, to put it mildly. Of course, tournament organizers can specify in the future that the game should only be played with OH for "reasonable" players (or by invitation, which has already been done for select players) or without OH. In this tournament, playing with OH is not mandatory according to the rules, so Surmey's position to play without OH is perfectly justified.
