I didn't refresh because of Grindan and the good roads. On turn 121, after the Consul, I moved a single unit to the center. I didn't have enough money for a Grand Master in the village to replenish mana, so I continued to build up my army. My opponent was scouting from a strategic position and was targeting both centers. I should have kept the Mushan on Grindan (even without mana); my opponent probably wouldn't have attacked. Thanks for the game!
