There is nothing controversial about this skill - well, except, of course, for the skills within education itself (for example, a barbarian scholar - this skill is practically useless).
Otherwise, reliable information about the specific distribution of points to attack, defense, magic, and knowledge for a specific hero on a specific map can be easily obtained by running a scanner.
