NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

It would be better if there were no restrictions at all – for example, I want to create a unit that can actually teleport, not just a flying unit with a teleportation animation – theoretically, the speed should be infinite, but in reality, it should be such that it can cross the largest game map diagonally (castle siege), taking into account all possible speed penalties (I'll calculate it in the evening).
