I don't know what "ФизМиг" is.
But I do know that the artifacts you mentioned cannot be collected in Heroes 3. Or are you saying that I'm wrong, and they can be collected? Then how? The answer that it's possible, but no one knows how, is equivalent to the phrase: "I flew to Mars, but I have no proof, but you have to believe me."
And in WoG, there are also artifacts in the form of icons that have no assigned functions. That is, you are talking about completely different things. One thing is true - there is something that the creators need to improve in both games... :)
