There are no conditions or problems.
You can enter anything you want in all the fields, starting with the address (address, ..., phone, email).
If, for some reason, anything doesn't work, you can enter real, but not your own, data.

For example, in this method, you cannot select Russia, but I naturally tested this method before launching the service:
I selected Ukraine from the list, entered the data of some organization in Kyiv,
and successfully paid with my wife's personal Visa card issued by the Russian Sberbank. I haven't tried entering gibberish, but I'll try it when I have time... you can try it too.
