I just tried to pay for a subscription (Dan_Choi). As a result, I encountered a problem: my Privatbank card (Ukraine) is not suitable for paying for the subscription in any way. The reason is probably the payment system block imposed by our government. As a result, I paid using donations and transferred the money to WebMoney.

As a result, I think there are only 2 options left for Ukrainians and some other countries:
1) Use exchangers to first top up WebMoney and then pay from there. Because it is impossible to directly top up WebMoney, Yandex Money, or PayPal.
2) Find intermediaries in other countries and pay through them.

Or are there any other options?

The decree of the President of Ukraine, which caused a stir in the media and prohibited Ukrainian users from using popular Russian Internet resources, has practically not affected the functioning of the Yandex.Money service. The only inconvenience for users is the need to log in through a VPN or proxy server to access the web service server.

Why does Yandex.Money continue to work?
The fact is that the service is designed to work with international payment systems such as Visa and Mastercard. Accordingly, these services did not block the possibility for Ukrainians to make payments to Russian recipients, nor did they block the possibility of sending funds from Russia to Ukrainian cards.

Therefore, all existing Yandex.Money subscribers in Ukraine can:

Freely top up their account using cards from any bank in Ukraine. Top-up is free of charge.
Withdraw money from the system to any card with a commission of 45 rubles + 3%. By the way, the commission is quite high, and it was the same before the sanctions were introduced; nothing has changed here.
