Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Saw some Koreans in the subway today. They were celebrating their team's victory, even though it was ultimately meaningless for them. There was also a girl wearing a hat with some kind of decorations. There are a lot of foreigners around these days.
PS: Saw some adult Koreans this morning.
