SoD Grid Rules:

BASIC
0. Game Version - Heroes of Might and Magic 3. SoD + HD mod + Hwruless 1.38.2
1. Mandatory: download and install the BanHeroes plugin (Luna, Galtran, Tant, Dessa, Kyrre, Gunnar are removed from the map)
Installation:
1. Drop into folder \Heroes of Might and Magic III CompleteHD\_HD3_Data\Packs
2. Then enable in the launcher under plugins - HeroesBan 6

GAME START

1. Template selection is done via a draw. The loser of a coin toss draws first.
2. Castle is generated randomly. Regeneration costs 500 gold.
3. Trading occurs for the right to choose color.
4. Hero selection:
- red player crosses out 0-3 heroes. Blue player - chooses a hero from those remaining. Crossed-out heroes in the tavern may be purchased and used.
- It is forbidden to choose crossed-out heroes or those banned in point 1 (Luna, Galtran, Tant, Dessa, Kyrre, Gunnar) as starting heroes.
5. Timer on all templates is 16+8+2 (chess timer).
6. Guild rebuild is enabled.
7. Restarts - 111.

HEROES - plugin for banning heroes
8. If Jelu or Dragon arrive from campaigns - you must dismiss Snipers and Wizards from the army. Using upgrades to snipers and wizards is forbidden. You may fight with such heroes.
8.1 - Logistics specialists (Dessa, Gunnar, Kyrre) are forbidden from advancing the logistics skill until all skills are leveled up
8.2 - Galtran and Tant are forbidden from expert Necromancer until all skills are leveled up
8.3 - Luna is forbidden from advancing fire magic until all skills are leveled up
8.4 - If the above-mentioned heroes come from prison with advanced skills (from points 8.1, 8.2, 8.3), they are forbidden from using magic above level 1.

MISCELLANEOUS
9. Red-rush is allowed on L - XL templates (red-rush is forbidden on M templates).
10. Banned buildings are forbidden (Necromancer Amplifier, upgrading: fairies, psychics and phoenixes). The Hw_Ruless plugin allows them by default (be attentive).
11. Shifted guards:
- passages - allowed to bypass.
- objects - must be broken through
- mills, mystic gardens and resources are allowed to be bypassed and resources collected (from under the guards).
12. Bugged passage can be used.
13. Diplomacy (joining troops) is forbidden.

ORGANIZATIONAL MATTERS
14. In the playoffs, games are BO3; in the Swiss system stage, games are BO1.
15. Tournament organizers reserve the right to record tournament games or restream them. Semi-finals and finals must be streamed or provide screen sharing (TeamViewer, Skype, Discord, etc.).
16. For 2 no-shows (late by 1 hour or more) on ODD (mandatory completion dates), a player receives a technical defeat.
17. In the Swiss stage, 2 weeks are given for a game; in the BO3 playoffs (best of three), 4 weeks are given.
18. If a game was saved and postponed, one of the players may take time (up to 10 minutes) to recall the situation upon loading.
19. When resolving issues with rule violations - the impact of the violation on the game outcome will be considered; options include leaving the result as is, issuing a technical defeat, loading an earlier save, or replaying the match.

!!! Report any agreement problems regarding games with opponents immediately. I will intervene. If the game does not take place on time and I have no information about problems or it arrives late - I will mark both as tech losses. If I am warned of problems - I will rule in favor of the one who was ready to play and gave warning.
