Dear kj1313 and Nimizida, just because you couldn't reach level 32 doesn't mean it's impossible. The organizers check the save files, and if they find any cheating items, the save won't be counted. Perpolken doesn't have to answer to you. And what about those troops you had at the beginning? Diplomacy is key to success here. If it was too much trouble for me and you to replay the scenarios, that's our fault, but if someone figured out the plan and used it in time, recruited troops along the way, leveled up the heroes, and cut off the bridge, then they deserve credit for their perseverance.
