NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

Rsatkha, as I understand it, the calculator has "prices" for abilities and unit parameters entered, and based on the total price of everything that a creature has, it determines the creature's strength. Hence the question - what principle was used to determine this "price"? I assume it's entirely up to the creator of the calculator, and it's not a fact that they are a balance god, which means the calculator might calculate something incorrectly.
