Absolute skills

Hmm... In the single-player game, I leveled up a hero and gave him almost all the abilities needed for the ultimate skill, except for attack. And the most frustrating thing is that I know I won't get the attack ability. The developers didn't properly design the path to obtaining ultimate abilities; only 2 out of 6 heroes per city can theoretically acquire such an ability. It's also very annoying that the heroes already have abilities, and they are not leveled up as needed.
