Yuri, the issue isn't with the proposal itself, but rather with the overall logic.

Initially, I was planning to use a round-robin format, but I decided to look for similar situations in previous tournaments (unfortunately, I didn't find any before the tournament on VT with a round-robin in the final) and consult with the tournament organizer. Everything pointed to a different solution.

Right now, it seems that the matches (which, by the way, were awesome) that Anton and Vasily played recently were essentially Anton's quarter-final and Vasily's path to the final (regardless of the outcome). This seems strange to me personally. But that's just how it is.

It's not quite like that: BISHOP ultimately lost his winner status after the round and will no longer have an advantage in the final. As for HellLight, he didn't play the previous round, didn't request an ODD (Overdue Delay Decision), and didn't mention that his opponent was missing. In principle, both could have been disqualified, but I decided to randomize the outcome. So, you can consider this round as counting towards Anton's previous round.

In the end, the draw is somewhat unfair only to you. I apologize for that, but it is what it is.
