You don't understand the logic. When you pull out a player who won because some streamer "asked" their viewers to vote for them (and to install the game client just for this, even for those who didn't play it), it also becomes clear that there could have been another, better player in your pool.

When a noob who ruins every match participates in the Hearthstone Global Games and asks their viewers to vote for them (and to register on the Blizzard website just for this, even for those who don't play Hearthstone), it also becomes clear that there could have been another, better player on your country's team. (Actually, I'm joking; bad players don't make it into the HGG pool, but I immediately thought of it, especially since Blizzard's voting just ended yesterday.) Also, who was this person asking for votes? Probably some Kripp or Trump? (Judging by the fact that many viewers in the stream didn't play the game.)

Okay, for the sake of the future expansion, they still won (even if only in Tier B).

Last time (in the unranked mode), they were just one win away from the same result.
