Two critical mistakes led to losing a winning game. For some reason, he rushed into a resource-rich Elf town from the Treasury, which wasn't fully cleared. Then, when he needed to break through to the Elf town via the Gate of the Month, he attacked the Elf's Roach first – the Elf, of course, spent about 6 minutes running around with the Roach, stalling for time. As a result, after breaking through, there wasn't enough time to teleport to the castle and change artifacts; he should have moved the main hero first. Instead, with a weekly growth advantage, the Elf attacked the poor Mage, then unleashed a week of Elven Archers. These were the unfortunate events.
