I think that in this particular map, there was definitely no such assumption, but rather a desire to confuse the players as much as possible. To kill Fata, Sir Lock needs one more turn; it's unlikely that this is a coincidence. However, you can ask BioBob himself...

Do I understand correctly that you still want to try a new strategy for Metataks? If so, and you're going to stream it, I won't even try myself; I'll just watch your playthrough. It will definitely be epic.
