In your previous post, you wrote everything correctly, except for this. The leader must report to everyone, at least with a description. He doesn't seem to be obliged to answer clarifying questions from participants, but here, ANSWERING is considered good manners, and I don't remember anyone ever refusing to give answers to other participants.
