Another attempt to lose weight. Although, knowing myself, I'll stick to this diet for two days, and on the third day, I'll devour a salad like in that joke.
In the mug is a smoothie, but it turned out more like ice cream because the fruits were frozen, and the milk froze while I was mixing it with them.
