What prevented your opponent from buying a red item and killing you on turn 121? You're contradicting yourself. You need at least 10+ games on any map to roughly determine the price range for a color, as with just one game, it always seems like "sometimes it's overpowered, sometimes it's not." For example, when the mirrored Jebus was first released, you could get a maximum of 2-3K for a red item, and many people even haggled for the hero. But after a few weeks of gameplay, the bidding for a red item sometimes exceeded 6K (when playing as Haven, for example).
