Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

I think we need to reduce the Hydra's stats. On level 1, assign some slaves (they seem to have slavery available), and increase the stats of everyone else who was below the Hydra, so that even the scouts don't fall behind the Castle's archers.
