Just out of curiosity, you should try wearing the Angelic Alliance and the Power of the Dragon Father at the same time. Of course, the standard editor doesn't allow this, so you'll have to directly edit the map or save file.

Neither the WoG nor the Unleashed editors allow this; the save editor only edits items in the inventory, so in this case, you'll probably have to use hexadecimal editing.
Besides, AOTD doesn't negate power, so the Alliance won't either.
