Awakening of Evil

Good evening. I recently started playing and have a question. Around the first month of in-game time, a scout appears. After that, it starts chasing you. The game becomes more intense, but also more interesting. However, after some time, a second one appears. And it becomes frankly uncomfortable to play. In this regard, I have a few questions. Will they go further? Will there be a third, fourth, and so on? Their army is invincible. Will they leave on their own, or do I need to get rid of them somehow? And if I just continue playing, will they stay on the map? P.S. I played an earlier version of the map, and they didn't appear there. Thank you in advance for your answer.
