You need to eliminate the monks and approach the tower-tree. It's not necessary to kill all the assassins; the tower is in the south of the map.

But how? From the Dungeon, there's only one path... from above, there's only one road - diagonally from left to right, slightly downwards... there are those witches there :smile51: I don't see any other paths :( :(
