DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

In my opinion, another rule change for Heroes of Might and Magic (HW) is long overdue – the ability to rebuild the Town Hall at any level. The only possible downside I can think of to this change is that it would strengthen the Necropolis faction, which definitely doesn't need it. But overall, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks.
