That's what I don't like about the arena scheme. If we lose in the mansion, the survivors will still complete the mission, and the dead will create new characters. If we lose in the arena, we're all alive and well, but we're completely out of the game, in every sense.
Even without Relkhiras, there's a chance in the mansion. And you can put someone in the arena to help out in the fight against Butarg.
