HoMM3 HD bug reports.

I saw on a stream in the hotel that a player was shown the skills for the Outer University via right-click menu, even before visiting it. From the discussion, it became clear that not everyone has this feature; some players see it, while others don't. It seems like this should be fixed. Also, I'm curious if anyone else has encountered this in the single-player game.
