Unfortunately, I can't give clear advice on tactical perks. Many of our characters have a willpower of 5, which means their morale will be minimal. It's possible that Revan's morale will play an important role, and our characters will falter in large-scale battles. In that case, courage would be needed. Or, it's possible that morale won't have much of an impact. In that case, it won't be necessary.
