Hiding spots 1.6. I found Lucra on the 3rd day and went for her. I tried to raise vampires, so I managed to maintain a decent pace, even though I didn't get the log and the zones were terrible. On the third week, I started going for the treasure, spent a week, and then went through the secondary castle towards the enemy. My opponent decided to give up for free, claiming it was because of the "terrible secondary castle," although I took the secondary castle two turns before attacking the empty human castle!

Moz is wrong - I thought he wouldn't reach the castle. That's all.
And not because he had a secondary castle (Moz explained after the game that he took it at the end). That's why I didn't teleport.
Moz missed, perhaps, the main points in his report - the 2nd week was terrible. No growth. So I had to change plans - with that number of troops, I didn't risk trying to break through the golden castle, and instead of the golden castle, I had to hang out in the snowy resource. And the 4th week - skeletons. So I entered the treasure a bit late, just finishing cleaning it when Lyuska arrived. As for the game itself - I trained normally, and I had money.
