Isolation and xenophobia don't really contribute to the development of a team. It's better to attract people to your ranks instead. If you find one decent person among three incompetent ones, it will pay off.

The issue here isn't isolation or xenophobia. I myself have brought many newcomers here from GR, and I always try to patiently explain the rules to them. It's just that it often happens that in the middle of the game, it turns out that the person is completely unfamiliar with them, and when asked, "do you know the rules of HW?", they think they are simply being asked about the patch.
